Resume

AI systems and automation engineer. Twenty years of finding the manual process and building the system that runs it.

Phoenix, AZ · brian@radicalwizard.com · linkedin.com/in/radicalwizard · github.com/radwizindustries

Summary

AI systems and automation engineer who designs the agents, pipelines, and platforms that run business operations, with human gates on everything that touches a client: an AI agent system that turned a day of analyst work into 90 minutes, a quote-to-signature pipeline, a 537,000-record legacy migration with zero silent data loss, a live SaaS that drafts and applies fixes to WordPress, an agency platform written solo in 16 days, and a reusable WordPress incident-response toolkit. Built on twenty years in healthcare marketing, from web-to-print developer to VP of Online Marketing, founding three departments and still owning the systems underneath them. Ships with TypeScript, Next.js, WordPress, and the Claude API.

Selected work

Each system has a full case study on this site under Work.

Obelisk live SaaS, solo build, 2026

  • Multi-tenant SEO and answer-engine platform for WordPress: connects a site over the REST API in under a minute, crawls and audits it, drafts fixes with the Claude API, and writes approved fixes back to the live site with automatic re-verification.
  • Tracks every finding through open, fixed, and regression states, syncs Search Console and GA4 into a keyword opportunity engine, and scores answer-engine readiness (AEO and GEO) with a client-facing report and AI roadmap.
  • Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres and Drizzle, BullMQ and Redis, Docker behind Traefik on a self-hosted VPS.

Agency SEO and Ads Platform solo build, 2026

  • Empty repository to production in 16 days: roughly 51,000 lines of TypeScript, 60 database models, a companion PHP WordPress plugin with an HMAC-signed REST API, and 1,257 automated tests.
  • Eight data-source integrations (GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Marketing API, SERP data, PageSpeed, Census, question research) feeding per-client dashboards with five roles and enforced two-factor authentication. Replaced a paid third-party reporting tool with roughly 98 client onboardings queued at handoff.
  • Backfilled 425,000 search-query rows and 21,000 analytics rows, spot-checked exact against source.
  • Closed-loop ads engine: flagged missing conversion tracking on a live $1,731 account and $37 of wasted spend across 16 non-converting terms, then proved live write-back by applying, verifying, and rolling back a negative keyword on a real ad account.
  • Opportunity engine produced 72 prioritized opportunities from 43,000 search queries, including 22 "converts in paid, absent in organic" content plays.

AI Report Automation agent system, 2026

  • Automated the agency's three core deliverables (competitive analysis, priced proposal, internal strategy review): a day of skilled analyst work became roughly 90 minutes, largely unattended, runnable by any team member.
  • First production run surfaced and verified 54 competitors with 10 deep dives; proposal turnaround dropped to roughly 15 minutes from engine-verified quote to generated deck, with zero hand-computed figures.
  • Three-tier claim-verification framework: durable data is checkmarked, perishable snapshots are date-stamped and never ranked, and adverse claims about named parties are hard-blocked until a named human reads the primary source. Roughly 20 versioned releases driven by live team runs.

Quote-to-Signature Pipeline and Team Tools Portal internal platform, 2026

  • A sales rep configures a deal in the browser and gets a client-ready proposal PDF and a signature-ready contract packet in about two minutes; the presales-to-sales handoff went from days to the same conversation.
  • One shared pricing engine is loaded by the browser and required by the server, so quote, proposal, and contract figures are provably identical. DocuSign integration (JWT, roughly two dozen coordinate-placed fields, sequential routing) with a self-hosted Documenso alternative to avoid per-seat lock-in.
  • 44 quotes generated in production across eight team accounts, hosted in an authenticated portal (scrypt hashing, httpOnly sessions, rate-limited logins, expiring setup links) that replaced shared passwords and one-off pages.

Quickbase Liberation data migration, 2026

  • Exported and verified 537,060 records and 33,600-plus attachments (53 GB) covering 15 years of agency history, with resumable, verification-gated phases so nothing was silently lost.
  • Deployed a self-hosted searchable archive viewer and a schema-mapped Notion migration scoped to 229 active clients (roughly 16,500 pages), with 53 unit tests on the mapping layer and multi-pass review that caught real corruption hazards before production.

WordPress Incident Response security, 2026

  • Assessed 7 client WordPress sites, confirmed and remediated 4 active compromises, verified 3 clean, and identified a coordinated multi-site campaign and its shared entry point.
  • Removed live phishing overlays, webshells, and darknet doorway pages with zero legitimate files or data lost; worst site cleaned in 995 file operations with zero errors. Packaged the method into a reusable detection-and-remediation toolkit that later found injected content the manual pass had missed.
